Abstract:
Organizations increasingly incorporate and capitalize on HR analytics to modify and transform talent management. Datadriven methodologies of HR analytics augmentand shape strategic decisions concerning human resourcesis a crucial determinant in talent management. Thisresearchintends to thoroughly examine the utilization of HR analytics within the realm of organization and assess its capacity to revolutionize traditional HR practices.This scholarly endeavor investigates the current state of HR analytics adoption within organizations,the substantial impact of HR analytics on talent management,its advantages, and the limitations inherent in its implementation. It offers a thorough examination of the various classifications of analytics and reviews the specific applications of these analytics within the field.Additionally, this article will explore and uncover the diverse strategies and elements essential for successfully integrating and implementing HR analytics. Further, the research gaps concerning adopting and implementing HR analytics in talent management were uncovered, providing potential avenues for further research. The present review findings can be applied to talent management, enabling policymakers, practitioners, and human resource managers to adopt HR analytics and implement targeted interventions to sustain human capital, foster organizational performance, and enhance their competitive advantage.
